Lar Park Lincoln: Survivor Type (Ep 47, Season 2)

In this powerful Brain Burrow Digging Deep interview, actor/producer/director/author Lar Park Lincoln shares about her amazing life and her remarkable survival through the death of her husband, cancer, stalkers, and intense migraines. 

She practices an "attitude of gratitude" as she reflects on her life and her desire to mentor others.   

Lar's spent five years on Knots Landing (1990) but is best known in the horror community as Tina in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood (1988).

She has been a featured guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show (1986) and Entertainment Tonight (1981), plus numerous local and syndicated talk and radio shows. Lar produced & directed a serious short about racial discrimination, "Black and White."

She has written one book, Get Started, Not Scammed, and is completing her autobiography, Lucky Girl.
